SHARON TATE IN HEAVEN is a playful, tender odyssey about model and international actress Sharon Tate the “Million Dollar Baby” newcomer heralded as the “Future Girl” who made a life in Hollywood with her husband, internationally renowned director, Roman Polanski. But then she lost her life in the summer of 1969 at the hands of the Charles Manson family. This play is set as an imaginary TV interview in Heaven. It is a valentine of love.

She also played Miss Tate in CHARLIE AND SHARON. She is the founder of Mississippi Mud Productions and This American Blonde Actress™ as producer and performer in Theatre, Film, TV, and New Media.

AUSTIN PENDLETON (DIRECTOR) directed SEAGULL69; CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF; VIEUX CARRE; SUDDENLY, LAST SUMMER; A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE; CHARLIE AND SHARON; and THE BLONDE BOMBSHELL PROJECT: MARILYN MONROE with Mississippi Mud. Mr. Pendleton has worked as an actor with Mud in the roles of Dr. Dorn in SEAGULL69 opposite Jen as Nina and Dr. Sugar in SUDDENLY, LAST SUMMER. He has acted in many movies including MY COUSIN VINNY, and on television as well as on Broadway. He directed Elizabeth Taylor in THE LITTLE FOXES on Broadway.
